A finite model property for RMImin

It is proved that the variety of relevant disjunction lattices has the finite embeddability property. It follows that Avron's relevance logic RMI _min has a strong form of the finite model property, so it has a solvable deducibility problem. This strengthens Avron's result that RMI _min is decidable. Newton-Leibniz integration for ket-bra operators in quantum mechanics and derivation of entangled state representations

Newton-Leibniz integration rule only applies to commuting functions of continuum variables, while operators made of Dirac’s symbols (ket versus bra, e.g., |q〉〈q| of continuous parameter q) in quantum mechanics are usually not commutative. Therefore, integrations over the operators of type |〉〈| cannot be directly performed by Newton-Leibniz rule. We invented an innovative technique of integration within an ordered product (IWOP) of operators that made the integration of non-commutative operators possible. The IWOP technique thus bridges this mathematical gap between classical mechanics and quantum mechanics, and further reveals the beauty and elegance of Dirac’s symbolic method and transformation theory. Various applications of the IWOP technique, including constructing the entangled state representations and their applications, are presented.     

强激光在窄通道中传播的理论研究

在考虑相对论和有质动力非线性以及全局电量守衡的前提下,分析了强激光在冷等离子体窄通道中稳定传播的情况。采用较为简化的二维理论模型,给出了描述激光和通道横向结构的解,对不同通道宽度、通道密度、激光强度和电磁模式等进行了讨论,分析了其对激光在等离子体通道中传播的影响。分析发现,在存在预通道的情况下,当等离子体通道的密度大于临界密度很多时(例如20倍临界密度),即使是在激光波长量级的通道中,激光仍然可以传播。通道越宽,等离子体密度越小;激光强度越大越容易传播。在同样的通道和传输情况下,TE0模传输所需要的激光强度比TE1模要小。     

双纠缠原子在耗散腔场中的纠缠动力学

研究了能量损耗腔中,两纠缠二能级原子与单模辐射场相互作用过程中原子的纠缠动力学.结果表明:双纠缠原子的纠缠度演化特性决定于初始两原子间的纠缠度、纠缠形式、腔场的平均光数、腔场的衰变系数.当原子初始处于一特定纠缠态时,其纠缠度可以放大,并且不受腔场损耗的影响. 关键词： 二能级原子 纠缠度 密度算符 单模辐射场     

两种方法制备ITO薄膜的红外特性分析

比较了用电束加热蒸发法和直流磁控溅射法制备的氧化锡铟(ITO)薄膜在红外波段的光学特性实验发现,通过直流磁控溅射在常温下制备的ITO薄膜在红外波段折射率稳定、消光系数小,比电子束加热蒸发制备的膜有较高的透过率在波长1550nm附近的透过率可达86%以上,消光系数约为004,方电阻最低为100Ω/□.     

Single-mode rib polymer waveguides and electro-optic polymer waveguide switches

Mode-matching and effective index methods are used to analyze single-mode operation of optical rib polymer waveguides. Their single-mode waveguiding conditions are determined. Single-mode rib waveguides fabricated from guest–host polyetherketone are presented. The estimated propagation loss of straight rib-waveguides is 0.7 dB/cm at 1.55 μm. Furthermore, by using the mode field-transfer matrix method, 2×2 and 4×4 polymer Mach–Zehnder interference switch operating at 1.55 μm wavelength has been designed based on optical multi-mode interference.     

Co-P非晶态合金电子性质和局域结构的理论研究

根据Co P非晶态合金结构的短程有序和结构中可能存在P -P相互作用的实验事实 ,选择了单磷原子簇模型ConP(n =1～ 5 )和双磷原子簇模型ConP2 (n =1～ 4 ) ,用密度泛函理论方法对其进行计算 .结果表明 ,在单磷Co2 P( 2 ) 、Co3 P( 1) 及Co4P( 2 ) 模型体系中 ,Co原子供给P原子电子 ,与电负性规则一致 ,同时Co和P之间具较强化学作用 ,可以形成稳定的原子簇 ;而在双磷和单磷原子簇Co5P( 1) 模型体系中 ,形成的原子簇不稳定 ,采用单磷Co2 P( 2 ) 、Co3 P( 1) 及Co4P( 2 ) 模型能较好地反映Co P非晶态合金的结构特点 .
